Floating Ball Valves are the industrial standard for reliable shut-off in low-to-medium pressure pipelines. In this design, the ball is not fixed by a trunnion but is held in place by two elastomeric seats. Under upstream pressure, the ball "floats" slightly downstream, pressing firmly against the downstream seat to create a bubble-tight seal. This pressure-assisted sealing mechanism makes these valves exceptionally effective for gas, liquid, and vapor services, ensuring maximum leak protection with a relatively simple and cost-effective internal construction.

Engineered to comply with API 6D, API 608, and ASME B16.34, our floating ball valves are available in one-piece, two-piece, or three-piece body configurations. They feature a blow-out proof stem and an anti-static design as standard safety requirements, alongside fire-safe certification for hazardous environments. Utilizing high-grade materials like WCB Carbon Steel and CF8M Stainless Steel, these valves provide versatile flow control for the petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and water treatment industries throughout Mumbai and the international market.
