Copper Nickel Flanges, commonly referred to as Cupro Nickel flanges, are crafted from an alloy that primarily consists of copper and nickel, with strengthening elements like iron and manganese. These flanges are available in two main grades: 90/10 (C70600) and 70/30 (C71500). Within the industrial landscape of Saudi Arabia, Copper Nickel is the gold standard for marine engineering due to its inherent resistance to macro-fouling and superior corrosion resistance in high-velocity seawater. These properties make them indispensable for the Kingdom’s extensive desalination networks and offshore cooling systems.
Our Cu-Ni weld neck, slip-on, composite, and blind flanges are manufactured in accordance with ASTM B151 and ASME B16.5 standards to ensure reliable leak-proof connections. The 70/30 grade offers higher strength and better resistance to impingement corrosion, making it ideal for the most demanding naval and offshore applications. Conversely, the 90/10 grade provides a cost-effective solution with excellent antimicrobial properties and resistance to stress corrosion cracking. These flanges are widely utilized in shipbuilding, salt water piping, and chemical processing units throughout the Red Sea and Arabian Gulf regions.
