ASTM A182 F51 Duplex Stainless Steel Flanges are high-performance piping components designed to provide superior mechanical strength and exceptional corrosion resistance. Manufactured in strict conformance with the ASTM A182 and ASME SA182 standards, these forged flanges are produced from a balanced dual-phase microstructure consisting of approximately 50% ferrite and 50% austenite. This specific metallurgical balance allows the F51 Duplex alloy to deliver nearly double the yield strength of standard austenitic stainless steels, making it ideal for severe, high-pressure processing environments.
Our manufacturing facility provides a wide variety of ASTM A182 F51 slip-on, weld neck, blind, threaded, and socket weld flanges. Every component is precision machined on advanced CNC equipment across major pressure classes from Class 150 to Class 2500 and PN6 to PN64. Because the alloy's balanced chemistry includes high levels of chromium, molybdenum, and nitrogen, these flanges exhibit excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking. Consequently, they are widely used in chemical processing, oil and gas pipelines, marine systems, desalinization plants, and subsea manifold assemblies.
