ASTM A182 F310S Stainless Steel Flanges are specialized high-temperature, low-carbon piping components designed to combine exceptional oxidation resistance with superior weldability. Manufactured to the strict criteria of ASTM A182 and ASME SA182, these forged flanges are engineered from grade 310S, which is the lower-carbon variant of the standard 310 austenitic alloy. By limiting the carbon concentration to 0.08% maximum, these F310S flanges reduce the risk of carbide precipitation during high-temperature welding, enabling durable, crack-free performance in demanding continuous-heat installations.
Our manufacturing line supplies an extensive variety of ASTM A182 F310S slip-on, weld neck, blind, threaded, and socket weld flanges. Available in multiple pressure classes from Class 150 up to Class 2500 and PN6 to PN64, each flange undergoes meticulous CNC machining to ensure flat, precise gasket-seating faces.
