ASTM A182 Stainless Steel 316L Flanges are heavy-duty, marine-grade piping components engineered to deliver high corrosion resistance and exceptional weldability. Manufactured in accordance with ASTM A182 and ASME SA182 standards, these forged flanges are produced from 316L austenitic stainless steel. By restricting the carbon content to a maximum of 0.03%, these F316L flanges effectively eliminate the risk of intergranular corrosion caused by carbide precipitation during welding, making them the preferred choice for welded pipeline assemblies.
Our manufacturing line supplies a wide variety of ASTM A182 F316L slip-on, weld neck, blind, threaded, and socket weld flanges. These components are available across all primary pressure classes from Class 150 to Class 2500 and are precision CNC machined to guarantee flat, high-integrity gasket-seating faces.
